China Android Edition Privacy Policy
App choices and focus records stay on your phone. This edition has no accounts, payments, ads or analytics SDKs.
1. Operator and scope
Laohuoji (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. develops and operates this app. This policy applies to the China offline Android edition, version 0.5.3, package com.focuslock.android. This release offers free 15-minute sessions. Advanced purchases are not available.
2. Device data and purposes
After your consent on first use, the app reads launchable app names, icons and package names so you can choose what to block. Your selections, duration drafts, latest session start and end times, permission-explanation consent and language settings remain in private device storage and are not uploaded to us. The app does not collect phone numbers, contacts, SMS, location, advertising identifiers or bank details.
3. App blocking and system permissions
Only after you enable Accessibility in system settings does the service receive app-switch package names to block your selections during a session you start and confirm. It does not read screen text, typed content, passwords or screenshots. A foreground service maintains the local timer. Boot and time-change events restore or check an existing session. Optional notification permission provides session status and completion reminders; declining it does not disable core blocking. Phone, home, keyboards and system Settings remain available.
4. Network access, third parties and support
This edition has no internet permission and includes no payment, advertising, analytics, account or cloud-sync SDKs. App selections and session records are not sent to our servers. If you choose to contact support, your email provider processes message delivery and we use your email address and message to respond and handle your request. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. The website, email apps and Android system features operate under their own policies.
5. Retention, deletion and user control
Local data remains until replaced by new settings or the latest session, cleared through Android app-data settings, or removed by uninstalling. System backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for the app. You can disable Accessibility, force stop or uninstall at any time; these actions can interrupt blocking. Battery management can also affect background operation. Selected apps unlock when the session ends; the latest record may remain on the completion screen. Clearing app data removes local settings and records.
6. Minors, changes and contact
If you are under 14, review this policy with a guardian and use the app with their consent. If payments, accounts or other data handling are introduced, we will update this policy and provide further explanations and consent where needed.
